Resourcing Group is expanding our Reading office and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and growing team.
This role involves managing a busy temp desk focused on Facilities Management and Maintenance (blue-collar roles) across one half of the Midlands. You'll work alongside a colleague who manages the other half of the region. The desk offers a healthy mix of warm clients and new business, with consistent job flow thanks to a strong and growing market.

The Role:
This is a sales-driven position requiring a consultative approach. You'll work closely with both candidates and clients, building long-term relationships and becoming an expert in your sector. You'll manage and grow your own client portfolio, supported by an existing pipeline of live and warm business, including PSL accounts and independent contracts. There's also great potential for new business development.
This position is within an experienced and ambitious team managing a permanent division, recruiting for FM and Maintenance roles across a defined geographical patch.
