Our client is looking for a highly experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Coveyancer with a strong background in Property Law to become a key part of their expanding department.

What will be expected of you?
Manage all aspects of conveyancing from initial instruction through to post-completion.
Oversee residential sales and purchases.
Handle remortgage and equity release transactions.
Review and assess titles for freehold and leasehold properties.
Manage transfer of equity and matrimonial transfers.
Provide guidance, support, and training to conveyancing assistants within the department.
Build and maintain client relationships within the local area.
Identify opportunities to refer clients to other departments as appropriate.
