Senior Sales Consultant – Xpress Labels
Location: Aylesbury (Hybrid working: 2 days home, 3 days office-based)
Salary: Starting at £50,000 per year + Generous Commission

Xpress Labels is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Label (Sales) Consultant to join our expanding team at a pivotal moment in our growth journey. This is more than just a sales role — it’s about going the extra mile to uncover new opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and deliver a memorable client experience from first contact to final delivery.
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, dynamic, and passionate about making connections — someone who can own the entire sales cycle and become a trusted voice for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new clients, building both short-term wins and long-term partnerships.
* Use a consultative, solutions-based sales approach to understand client needs and offer tailored label solutions.
* Manage the complete sales process — from initial contact through to delivery — ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.
* Create high-impact, professional sales proposals using a variety of technologies, clearly showcasing Xpress Labels’ unique value proposition.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to help shape and strengthen our overall sales strategy.
* Accurately manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, maintaining clear and up-to-date records.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven success in a senior sales role, with a track record of winning new business and nurturing client relationships.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging clients at all levels.
* The ability to create compelling and professional sales proposals, leveraging multiple technologies to highlight Xpress Labels’ high quality product.
* Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
* A strategic thinker with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
