Senior Site Manager - Main Contractor - Healthcare Refurb & Fit Out - Saffron Walden, Essex
Company:
My client are a well established main contractor/general builder with over 15 years trading experience. They deliver top quality projects across London and the South-East, on listed buildings, education, hospitals, commercial, residential and many others.
Projects range from £10k - £7m in value across restoration, fit outs, refurbishments, design and build and conversions.
Role:
Currently they have a refurb and fit out project in Saffron Walden. The role will be working on a lab. The position itself is a site manager vacancy is a permanent position with further work already secured.
You would be responsible for overseeing this project from start to finish. This would include being able to read drawings, managing onsite H&S, updating all teams, overseeing site admin and chasing instructions.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Site Manager working on interior fitout/refurbishment packages
* All up to date site certificates - SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, & Asbestos Awareness
* Ideally you would have a carpentry background with a good eye for detail.
* Good IT skills
Salary:
They are offering a salary of £60 - £75k depending on previous experience and qualifications.
