We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to work for a Digital Media Agency in Manchester
Hybrid 2 days a week work from Home

mighty organic social team, working across global brands in the gaming, FMCG, and beauty sectors.

About the Role:
You’ll take the lead on managing organic social media activity for a major Energy drink brand across Europe and MENA, specifically across Meta, TikTok, and X. You’ll also support the
internal brand strategy alongside junior team members, helping shape our own social
presence.
We’re looking for someone with a strategic mindset who understands the power of great content, thrives on community engagement, and stays ahead of trends. If you’re confident
working with clients, experienced in developing social strategies, and hands-on with content production, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead day-to-day management of organic social accounts, including scheduling, community management, and ongoing optimisation.
● Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand tone and objectives.
● Develop and implement the overall social media strategy for a key client account.
● Oversee influencer relationships and campaigns for the account.
● Collaborate with the creative team to plan, brief, and develop standout content.
● Support in content production, including TikTok-style video and static visuals using tools like Canva and CapCut.
● Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients to understand their goals and provide updates.
● Deliver monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
● Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends, using this knowledge to shape strategy and reactive content.
● Manage reactive community engagement, responding to brand interactions across platforms.
What we are looking for:
● 3–4 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role (agency experience preferred).
● Comfortable working in a client-facing role and managing multiple accounts.
● Demonstrated experience running organic social campaigns across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, X).
● Strong grasp of content creation, community management, and influencer strategy.
● Confident using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools to support content creation.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Able to manage deadlines, priorities, and fast-turnaround content with ease.
● Strategic mindset and strong attention to detail.
