Home-based Social Worker
I am currently partnered with a Mid Wales Local Authority that is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their Adults Safeguarding service. The post offers excellent levels of flexibility with the need to be in the area only 1 day per week.
Here are the details:
🏡 Home Based role where you only need to visit the region once/week to complete necessary visits. This provides excellent level of flexibility enabling you to balance other commitments
🚀 Excellent manager who is very experienced and promotes autonomy so you won't have to worry about being micromanaged making this role more enjoyable
🤝 Stable team with contractors being offered roles for more than a year providing a high level of stability
💰 Higher rates - the team offers some of the highest rates in wales making giving you more disposable income to spend on things you enjoy
This is an excellent opportunity for those candidates that are looking for a post that offers a high deal of autonomy and flexibility as the majority of the role can be done from home. You will need to travel to the region to carry out visits and this usually happens 1 day per week.
Contracts are also being offered on a long term basis providing long term stability and security for the successful candidates. Furthermore as the role offers a higher rate than other areas across wales you will have the opportunity to increase earnings over a longer period of time providing more disposable income to spend on things you enjoy.
