Remote UK Corporate Tax Advisor
Are you a skilled tax professional with expertise in corporate tax / business tax advisory? We are looking for experienced Tax Advisors seeking a fully remote opportunity. You will be tasked with providing top-tier tax consultancy services to businesses across the UK and occasionally internationally.
What We're Looking For:
Strong UK corporate tax advisory experience (international experience would also be beneficial). This is a pure advisory role - compliance experience is not relevant.
Expertise in areas such as (this is a non-exhaustive list)
Large and small corporate taxation.
Advising on the UK thin capitalisation legislation and completion of corporate interest restriction calculations.
Statutory and capital reduction demergers.
Advising on the UK controlled foreign companies legislation.
Assistance with the establishment of an employee ownership trust, as well as share scheme advisory (EMI and CSOP).
Individual tax residency, estate planning, and BPR/APR relief on a share divestment.
Inheritance tax (IHT) and stamp duty land tax (SDLT).
Experience handling complex tax queries and providing tailored tax solutions.
The ability to work independently and deliver high-quality tax advice remotely.
