We are looking for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join a leading developer, offering a salary of up to £65,000 plus package. This role will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments, ensuring projects are executed efficiently from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator within a developer or main contractor environment.
Strong knowledge of design management, building regulations, and technical compliance.
Ability to liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to drive project success.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across Bristol, Worcestershire, and Gloucestershire.
