Job Description
Utilise your expertise in sensors to conduct complex weapons systems design, testing and debugging.

As a Sensor Integration Engineer, you will integrate a variety of sensors with the Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation to test weapons systems.
To be suitable for this role you will ideally have:
• Breadth of engineering knowledge with deeper experience in a few of the following areas:
o System performance analysis, interface debugging and system integration
o Design and testing of radio frequency or infra-red
o Inertial sensor design or testing
o Understanding of microcontrollers
o Knowledge of Linux
• You must be eligible to obtain or already hold security clearance

• Salary: £35,000-£55,000 Plus Bonuses and Benefits
• Location: Stevenage – Predominantly On-Site (4/5 Days a Week On-Site)
• Eligibility: British Citizenship Holders due to Security Clearance Requirements (See Below)

You will be successful in this role if you have a significant understanding of sensors, you prefer working in a laboratory environment and you enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
Due to the nature of work undertaken at our client's site, incumbents of these positions are required to meet special nationality rules and therefore these vacancies are only open to British Citizens. Applicants who meet this criteria will also be required to undergo security clearance vetting, if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
