Job Title: Service Advisor - Toyota
Location: Edgware, London
Salary: up to £30k with a realistic OTE of up to £47k+
Hours: 8am -6pm Monday to Friday – 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8am - 1pm

Are you passionate about cars and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join Toyota Edgware dealership! This role offers unlimited upsell commission, a team bonus, and the opportunity to work with one of the most innovative hybrid technology brands.
What You’ll Do:
Be the face of our service department—greet customers in person and over the phone.
Manage service and MOT bookings, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Present repair options and costs transparently to customers.
Provide an honest and memorable sales experience, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way.
Upsell additional services, products, or plans, boosting your earning potential.
Stay organised and proactive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all work is completed on time and customers are kept informed.What We’re Looking For:
Previous automotive experience is essential. We will also entertain car sales executives and Parts Advisors.
A natural ability to deliver exceptional customer service and a desire to sell.
A full UK driving licence.
Someone who thrives under pressure and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
