Service Engineer
Location: Swindon Branch – Full UK Driving Licence required
Self-Employed – earnings between £600-£700 per week
TWC Home Improvements is a leading and innovative home improvement company specialising in designing, manufacturing, and installing high-quality windows and doors.
Are you an experienced Service Engineer looking to join a well-established company? Due to company growth, TWC Home Improvements is looking for a self-employed Service Engineer to join the team.
The role:
Travelling to customers' homes or sites to resolve issues to a high standard.
Liaise with customers to understand and address their concerns, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of snag reports, resolutions, and customer interactions.
Fixing roof & window leaks / damage to the external of units
General maintenance and repair of conservatories, windows & doors (Inc new Handles/Mechanisms/Hinges/Door Bolts etc)
Ordering parts and ensuring the correct parts are received prior to any job.
Reporting any difficulties and service updates to the Installations Department,
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the window and door industry.
Strong knowledge of window and door installation processes.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
Full UK Driving Licence
Ideally located in Swindon
Reliable, professional, and hardworking
Awareness of health and safety and the need for safe methods of working.
