Service Integration Manager – Civil Aero Engine Programs - China.
Our Aerospace client based in Shanghai, China, are looking to appoint a Service Integration Manager to be engaged on their Civil Aero Engines in Shanghai.
This will be a long term role. Fixed term contracts will be offered to the successful candidate. If you are interested to live and work in Asia, this opportunity will allow that to happen with plenty of time to explore this region, its culture and customs.
Job Description:
The Service Integration Manager will be responsible for defining and managing integrated service solutions for civil aero engines. This includes planning service delivery, analyzing service costs, and coordinating customer support strategies.
Key duties:
Define and coordinate service area requirements, ensure cross-functional collaboration, and validate service scope.
Support service representatives in project planning and execution; oversee service readiness and delivery preparation.
Design customer service plans, service items, and service terms tailored to various customers and markets.
Conduct in-depth analysis and research on service pricing models, cost structures, and guarantee conditions.
Contribute to service capability development through needs analysis and planning.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s preferred) in aero engine design, aerospace engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in aero engine services, with a focus on cost analysis or service operations.
Expertise in at least one of the following:
Engine service contract design
Airline engine introduction & Entry Into Service (EIS)
Engine repair and warranty claims
Business operations of engine MROs
Strong understanding of aero engine maintenance and customer support operations.
Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience at leading Aero Engine OEMs, MROs, or airlines such as China Eastern, China Southern, or similar organizations are highly desirable.
