Job Description
A great opportunity has become available for a Luxury Brand Service Manager to manage our client's state of the art service department in Singapore.
Focused on customer delivery and providing an excellent customer experience, you will lead and motivate the service team to deliver to the highest standards.
The Role
Responsible for managing the department and achieving service targets
Leading the service team to deliver a high level of service to the customers
Ensure continual high quality of workmanship aligning with the brands high standards
Develop and implement processes to improve workflow, productivity, and quality
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians and service advisors
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager in the Asia region with excellent communication skills who is process driven and has at least 3 years of experience leading a Service department. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual who is seeking to enhance their career with a luxury brand and is suited to someone who is currently in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the surrounding countries.
