Service Mobilisation Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000
Location: Gillingham, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Setting up new and renewed service contracts for clients
* Raising contract renewal quotes and following up
* Liaising by phone (not just email) – we value that personal touch
* Keeping internal systems updated with accurate contract data
* Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth handovers
* Helping resolve any queries, delays or billing issues quickly and professionally
What you’ll need:
* At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role
* Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner
* Great attention to detail and an organised approach to workload
* Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Willingness to develop – full training is provided
