What You'll Do:
As a Sewing Operative, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality products in the sewing department. Your main responsibilities will include:
Operating sewing machines efficiently to meet production targets
Ensuring product quality by adhering to strict company standards
Following operational and safety procedures diligently
Collaborating with fellow team members to maintain a smooth production flow
What We're Looking For:
We welcome applicants with a variety of backgrounds! While previous sewing machine experience is desirable, we are eager to train candidates who are enthusiastic and willing to learn. Here's what you need to bring:
Experience with sewing machines (preferred but not essential)
A keen willingness to learn and develop new skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team
Shift Details:
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6.00AM to 2:30PM
Rate of Pay: £12.75 per hour
Opportunities for Growth: After training, there's potential to move to back shift, which comes with a wage increase and a shift allowance!
