Sheet Metal Technician
Salary: £15-17 per hour + overtime @ £21-24 per hour
Location: Near Uxbridge, Middlesex. 10-minute drive from Uxbridge (40 minutes by public transport)
Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:00-17:00 / Fri 08:00-Midday (37)
Start Date: ASAP
Bonus: Company performance bonus
This is a great opportunity for a Sheet Metal Technician to join a well-established manufacturing business near Uxbridge, working on high-precision components within a world-class environment.
As part of the manufacturing team, you will play a key role in producing Fibreglass and aluminium components, and take pride in producing high-quality assemblies

Sheet Metal Technician Responsibilities:
Riveting fibreglass and aluminium components to create high-quality assemblies.
Using nuts, bolts, and fasteners to complete robust constructions.
Working from detailed engineering diagrams and build plans.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to deliver consistent excellence.
Performing basic inspections to ensure each product meets exacting standards.
Sheet Metal Technician Requirements:
Hands-on experience in riveting fibreglass and aluminium components—this is a must!
Proficiency with hand tools and assembly techniques.
A solid understanding of engineering diagrams and SOPs.
Familiarity with bonding, gluing, or similar techniques (bonus points!).
