Join a Leading UK Food Manufacturer – Engineering Technician (Poole)
Mason James is working with a top UK food manufacturing company in Poole to find an Engineering Technician to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing production equipment. This position is crucial to ensuring smooth operations, reducing downtime, and helping meet production goals.
Location: Poole
Shift: 5:15am - 5:15pm / 5:15pm - 5:15am (2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights - 3 on, 3 off)
Salary: £50,350
What You'll Do:

Support and maintain production machinery and systems, ensuring optimal performance.
*
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
*
Manage CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), including asset registers, machine settings, and preventative maintenance routines.
*
Adhere to SOPs and follow company escalation procedures for production issues.
*
Collaborate with the Engineering Team, including out-of-hours support when needed.
What We’re Looking For:

Knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and QC procedures.
*
Experience with CMMS and maintenance systems.
*
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
