🛠 About the Role:
Help build the business from scratch – be involved in the shop’s design, layout, product selection, and branding.
Develop relationships with local suppliers and the wider community.
Run the shop day-to-day once it’s launched: managing stock, suppliers, customer service, and basic bookkeeping.
Work independently and with initiative, while keeping the customer experience front and centre.
