This exciting opportunity will place you at the heart of a prestigious showroom in Cheltenham, where you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests and supporting the team with smooth, professional operations.?
What you’ll be doing:
* Being the first point of contact for walk-in customers
* Supporting the Brand Manager with daily showroom operations
* Managing and nurturing customer relationships
* Allocating leads to the Sales Executives
* Completing administrative duties and daily reports?
What we’re looking for:
* Previous administration or front-of-house experience
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Impeccable communication – both written and verbal
* Confident user of Microsoft Office
* High level of attention to detail and professional presentation?
