Showroom Manager (Bathroom design) Location: Central Scotland Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (44 hours per week) Salary: Around £30,000 - £36,000 DOE and negotiable Overview: Simon Acres Group is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Bathroom Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a bathroom showroom within a well-established plumbers merchant. This role focuses on creating an exceptional customer experience by assisting with bathroom design and product selection while maintaining an attractive and organised showroom environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bathroom design, a customer-centric approach, and strong organisational skills. Responsibilities: * Welcome and engage customers visiting the bathroom showroom, providing guidance on product options and design ideas tailored to their needs. * Maintain the showroom’s visual appeal by ensuring displays are clean, current, and well-stocked. * Organise and update product literature, samples, and brochures to enhance the customer experience. * Stay up to date on trends, new products, and promotions related to bathroom design and fixtures. * Offer professional advice on bathroom layouts, finishes, and fittings to assist customers in creating their ideal spaces. * Build strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. Requirements: * Experience in a retail or showroom environment, preferably with a focus on bathroom design. * Strong knowledge of bathroom fittings, fixtures, and plumbing products is highly desirable. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset. * Confidence in sales and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers. * Proficiency in using design software. * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage showroom operations effectively.
