Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 (DOE)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run signage manufacturer in Leeds with a reputation for high-quality fabrication and a supportive team culture. Due to growing demand, they’re now looking for a Signage Fabricator to join their busy workshop.
This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in metalwork or fabrication, particularly aluminium, who’s looking to grow in a specialist field. No signage experience needed—just the right attitude and a solid understanding of workshop tools.
What you’ll be doing:
Fabricating and assembling aluminium signage components
Operating machinery including chop saws, guillotines, and press brakes
Using hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing
Supporting wider workshop duties and working collaboratively with the production team
Learning on the job with full training provided
What we’re looking for:
Background in metal fabrication, engineering, or similar practical trade
Confidence using fabrication tools and machinery
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
A team player with a willingness to learn and take pride in craftsmanship
Schedule:
Monday – Friday (day shifts)
