Job Description

You will drive the development of innovative simulations that underpin the nation’s defence projects.
About the Role:
You will empower the team to deliver outstanding simulations while ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
You will balance the demands of customers and stakeholders, ensuring the seamless integration of simulations into our programmes.
About You:
A proven understanding of modelling and simulation techniques, and the importance of applying these within the engineering lifecycle (Simulink would be beneficial)
A shown leader who can encourage their team to deliver and develop
Proficient in stakeholder management and wider ability to communicate at both technical and strategic levels
Able to work in an environment with changing priorities and demands
Key Information:
Role: Simulation and Modelling Group Lead
Salary: Up to £74,000 Depending on Experience
Location: Stevenage (Relocation Package Available for This Role)
Dynamic (Hybrid) Working: 4–5 Days Per Week On-Site Due to Workload Classification
