Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Site Accountant to join their Manufacturing Finance team and play a key role in their success story.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is no ordinary accounting job. As Site Accountant, you'll be the financial heartbeat of the site—providing daily results, guiding operational decisions, and shaping profitability from the shop floor up.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Producing P&L reports, yields, and month-end reporting
* Deep-diving into performance and cost analysis
* Partnering with manufacturing to drive insight and improvement
* Supporting the wider Produce Manufacturing Finance team in business growth
Who We’re Looking For
Forget ticking every box—qualifications are great, but your experience speaks louder.
We want someone who:
* Has solid experience in accounting (especially in a manufacturing or FMCG setting)
* Is confident working independently and collaboratively
* Communicates clearly, whether it’s on spreadsheets or in person
* Holds a finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, AAT etc.) – OR brings valuable hands-on experience that counts just as much
