Job Description
Our client, a leading company in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a Site Agent to join their team in Lincoln. This contract role focuses on highways, providing an exciting opportunity to manage and lead a multi-disciplinary team on an essential infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently
Providing leadership and management to a team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, and Site Engineers
Ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met according to schedule
Coordinating with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression
Monitoring and controlling project budgets and resources
Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations on-site
Preparing and presenting regular project updates and progress reports
Resolving any issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle
Job Requirements:
Experience in highway projects and understanding of the HTP sector
Proven leadership abilities and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate various aspects of a project
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within the construction industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Relevant technical qualifications and experience in the construction field
Proficiency in preparing and analysing project reports
