Projects are predominantly delivered on a new-build basis in the following sectors: commercial, industrial, retail, science & research facilities.
The Role
The role reports into a site-based Project Manager and will involve the following:
* Sorting out of initial setting out on site
* Preparing initial site designs
* Take off, pricing, and ordering of materials
* Liaising with statutory bodies (Highway Authorities, Water Companies, Environment Agency etc.) to resolve engineering issues
* Ensuring the engineering design is compliant with necessary standards
* Monitoring & resolving any CML issues during the construction phase
* Securing technical approvals for site start
* Value Engineering
