Are you a Site Maintenance Manager or an Engineer wanting to step up, that wants to work in a brand new state of the art facility?

The ideal candidate will have experience with preplanning maintenance of up to a year in advance on equipment such as HVAC, Effluent Treatment, Hot Water Sets, Cooling Towers, Glycol Systems, Carbon Extractors etc.
The Role
Manage activities on regulated systems and monitor key engineering systems
Support asset care and lead improvements in the Utilities and Facilities function
Ensure site services and facilities are maintained in line with technical and quality standards
Preplan maintenance for up to a year in advance whilst being able to react to daily issuesThe Person
