Job Description
Site Managers required in Tankersley, Nr Barnsley - Freelance
MadiganGill are currently looking for a freelance Site Managers for a long-term project based in Tankersley, near Barnsley.
We are looking for Site Managers, who have experience in M&E and Fitout for a prestigious £80m project on a live data centre.
Full details of works to be undertaken can be provided.
The start date will be approximately June 2025 with a minimum time frame of 24 months, with great potential for longer or a permanent role.
Package for the role are completely negotiable depending on experience. Will be expected to live within a 30 mile radius of the project and ideally have local knowledge.
As a Site Manager you must have:
Valid CSCS Card & SMSTS
Experience working on high profile M&E and fitout projects
Valid First Aid at work
Strong communication skills
Good planning and organisation skills key for this project
Be able to work alongside other similar Site Managers on the project
