I am recruiting for an experienced Freelance Nightshift Site Manager to support ongoing works on a highways infrastructure improvement scheme in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile highways and civil engineering project, working with a respected Tier 1 contractor.
Key Duties:
• Oversee night-time operations to ensure progress aligns with programme targets.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and site personnel during out-of-hours work.
• Maintain site safety standards, signage, and compliance procedures.
• Liaise with the day team for seamless handovers and reporting.
• Address and mitigate any issues arising overnight to avoid disruption to daytime works
The Candidate:
• SMSTS / First Aid / CSCS (Black/White Card preferred)
• Proven experience managing nightshifts on highways or civils schemes
• Strong organisational and communication skills
