About the Role:
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are seeking a seasoned construction professional with 5–10+ years’ experience in delivering high-value residential projects. This role offers the opportunity to relocate to a coastal location while maintaining the complexity, prestige, and quality of projects you are accustomed to.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage luxury residential construction projects from start to finish
*
Liaise with architects, designers, and high-net-worth clients to ensure project vision and standards are upheld
*
Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver exceptional quality and detail
*
Maintain project timelines, budgets, and health & safety compliance
*
Solve complex build challenges with innovative, detail-driven solutions
Ideal Candidate:
*
Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in high-end/luxury residential construction
*
Background working in affluent markets / high end clients.
*
Deep understanding of premium materials, complex detailing, and exacting quality standards
*
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
*
Keen interest in relocating for lifestyle reasons, without compromising on the prestige and challenge of the work
