Site Supervisor
Are you a skilled professional with a strong background in electrical or mechanical installations? Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of their cutting-edge systems across various client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of multi-disciplinary technicians (mechanical & electrical) on-site.
Ensure smooth execution of the site installation program, including budget and project management coordination.
Daily reporting to the project coordinator on progress and key updates.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant site environment, following all Health & Safety and QA standards.
Work closely with client supervisors to ensure project deliverables are met.
Conduct toolbox talks, inspections, and safety briefings as required.
Essential Qualifications:
5+ years of electrical/mechanical installation experience, preferably in engineering or oil & gas sectors.
Proven experience in managing installations to plan and budget.
Relevant City & Guilds qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, Inspection & Test, Pipefitting).
IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, and First Aid at Work certifications.
A clean driving license and strong knowledge of CDM regulations.
SSSTS or SMSTS certified.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in oil & gas sectors.
HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
EUSR USHEA Gas Safety Passport or equivalent qualifications.

Salary banding: £47,000 - £50,000 per annum
15% uplift on hourly rate for any hours worked on site when staying overnight
Van provided within probationary period, once starting to go to site on regular basis (after training)
22 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays (increasing
with service).
