Skilled Labourer
Location: York
Hourly Rate: £16.50 per hour
Hours: 07:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday
Start Date: Immediate
CSCS Card: Essential
We are currently seeking an experienced Skilled Labourer for a busy housing site located in York. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking to secure long-term work with competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
General site labouring duties including moving materials and assisting tradespeople
Maintaining site cleanliness and ensuring a safe working environment
Supporting the site management team with daily tasks
Basic use of tools and equipment as required
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
A valid CSCS card is essential
Proven experience working on construction or housing sites
Strong understanding of site health and safety
Punctual, hardworking, and able to take direction
PPE (personal protective equipment) must be worn at all times
