Job Description
Our client based in Skipton are looking to expand their team and are recruiting for a Skilled Welder/Sheet Metal Worker ASAP
MAIN TASKS
Welding and fabricating their blast finishing equipment and ultrasonic cleaners.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Ideally the candidate will be apprentice trained in the welding of thin sheet mild steel, stainless steel and sectional fabrications in TIG and MIG welding.
Good knowledge of general sheet metal working machinery is required.
The ability to work to technical drawings is essential.
This is a permanent position, subject to a 3 month trial period.
Hours: 39 hour week
Monday to Thursday - 7.15 am – 4.15 pm with a half hour
lunch break and a 10 minute morning break.
Friday - 7.15 am to 12.15 pm
