Our client is an established Maintenance Service Provider that has a variety of contracts across the UK. It is looking to hire a Small Works Project Manager for a unique contract within the transport sector based out of York.
As the Small Works Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering low value / high volume small works projects across 17 train stations that stretch from London the Scotland.
The projects you will take from inception to completion range from £1k – 200k, and include small M&E works, building fabrics, roofing, painting and decorating, guttering, small office refurbishments and other related building small projects.
The successful candidate can either have a proven track record in a similar role or have experience as a Project Supervisor and is looking for a developing role. Our client will offer support and development to the right individual. You will be from a building background.

* £45,000 - £50,000
