Hours: 3pm - Midnight, including weekends

About the Role
As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the kitchen, helping to deliver high-quality, freshly prepared dishes for takeaway and delivery. You'll be working with a passionate team, ensuring consistency, speed, and taste across every order.
Key responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a high standard
Maintaining consistency in flavour, portioning, and presentation
Operating efficiently during peak delivery times
Supporting the Head Chef and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly
Upholding cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Sous Chef in a busy, high-volume kitchen
Excellent food preparation and knife skills
A passion for food and an eye for detail
The ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure
