Up to £31,000 + TRONC
Full-time | 40 hours per week

Known for their unique, wellness-focused experiences, they are now seeking a passionate and talented Spa Manager to lead their dedicated team and help make their spa the go-to destination for exceptional treatments in Margate.
The role
This is an exciting opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations of a calming spa, where treatments are personalised and never rushed. You’ll lead a team of skilled therapists while continuing to deliver treatments yourself, ensuring each guest enjoys a warm, welcoming and restorative experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing spa operations and treatment schedules
* Providing exceptional massage and body treatments
* Leading, motivating and developing your spa team
* Handling guest enquiries and appointment bookings
* Supporting a team-first culture and ensuring high standards
What we’re looking for:
* Level 3 Diploma in Spa Therapies (or equivalent) – essential
* Experience managing a team in a spa environment – essential
* Genuine passion for wellness and holistic therapies
* Additional skills such as deep tissue, reflexology or pregnancy massage – desirable
* Calm, welcoming presence and team spirit
* Hands-on leader who enjoys delivering treatments too
