A SEN College based in Great Barr are seeking a qualified and experienced SENCo to lead and enhance their SEND provision. You'll play a central role in shaping a nurturing and inclusive educational experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a creative, inclusive environment. This role will be full time and an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and improve support for students with SEND
Manage and review EHCPs in line with statutory requirements
Support staff with training and inclusive teaching strategies
Monitor student progress and implement interventions
Collaborate with parents, carers, and external agencies
Contribute to increasing student enrolment through strong SEND outcomesRequirements:
Recognised SENCo qualification
Strong knowledge of SEND policies and frameworks
Proven impact in improving SEND learner outcomes
