A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in North London is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from Easter. You will work closely with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a particular focus on supporting those with special educational needs (SEN). This hands-on role is ideal for aspiring teachers or educational professionals looking to build their experience in a secondary school setting. Your Key Responsibilities: Classroom Support: Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons, supporting students in their learning. One-to-One and Group Work: Provide targeted academic and emotional support to students with SEN, helping them reach their full potential. Resource Preparation: Help organise and create learning materials to support teaching across various subjects. Monitoring Progress: Track student development, share observations with teaching staff, and contribute to ongoing assessments.
