Special Needs Behaviour Mentor - Milton Keynes 🌟
📍 Location: Milton Keynes (Mainstream & SEN Schools)
🕒 Hours: Full-Time | Term Time Only | 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
💰 Competitive Daily Rate | £90-105 per day.
Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs and behavioural challenges? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Behaviour Mentors to work within both mainstream and specialist SEN schools across Milton Keynes.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who have experience in the care sector or working with children and young people with special needs.
✅ What We're Looking For:
Experience in the care sector, SEN settings, or supporting individuals with behavioural needs.
A calm, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour management.
Ability to build trust and positive relationships with pupils.
Confidence in working 1:1 or in small groups to support learning and emotional regulation.
🔒 Requirements:
Must hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, term time only).
Right to work in the UK.
