About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic, and committed individual to support students aged 4 to 16 years with a range of additional needs, including:
SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
ADHD
MLD & PMLD (Moderate to Profound Learning Difficulties)

Who We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for working with children and young people with additional needs
A minimum Level 2 qualification in Children or Education (or equivalent)
Experience in a school, SEN, or children’s residential care setting
A bubbly, approachable, and supportive attitude
Willingness to work as part of a committed, caring team
An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through usWhat We Offer:
