About the Role of a Speech and Language Therapist:
Join a dedicated team supporting students with:
* Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
* Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
* Autism Spectrum Conditions
* Dyslexia, ADHD, and other associated needs
You will play a vital role in helping students overcome communication challenges through imaginative, student-centered therapy.
Key Responsibilities of a Speech and Language Therapist:
* Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication needs
* Develop and deliver tailored intervention plans
* Collaborate closely with SENCOs, teachers, and families
* Contribute to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
* Track and report on student progress
About You:
* HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist
* Experience supporting children or young people with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Patient, compassionate, and committed to inclusive education
* Newly qualified therapists are encouraged to apply!
* Familiarity with assistive tech and therapy tools is an advantage
