As a Staff Nurse, you will:
Collaborate with the Home Manager and Clinical Lead to deliver high-quality nursing care
Support carers in providing personal care and daily activities
Administer medication and maintain accurate care records
Promote residents’ choice, dignity, and independence
Assist in managing the care team and updating care plans regularly
The ideal Staff Nurse candidate will have:
A relevant professional qualification, such as RGN, RMN, or RNLD
Availability to work Day shifts, 3 days per week
At least one year of experience in a nursing home setting
Experience in writing person-centred care plans
The ability to work under pressure and excellent people skills
A caring and nurturing attitude with flexibility in working hours
