Job Description
Static Building Services Engineer, Maintenance Operative - Mechanical (Healthcare FM)
Lymington, Hampshire | £18ph PAYE | 40hrs/week
We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Operative to join our healthcare facilities team. This static role involves planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across mechanical systems - including boilers, pumps, AHUs, TMVs, and heating/ventilation equipment.
What you'll need:
Strong mechanical maintenance experience (NHS or commercial settings like offices/hotels/education)
NVQ/City & Guilds in mechanical discipline
Plant room knowledge - boilers, FCUs, SHUs
17th/18th Edition (essential)
L8, fire alarm/emergency light checks, TMVs - bonus
DBS or willingness to obtain onePerks:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
1 in 3 on-call rota (£75/week + enhanced pay: time & half weekdays/Saturdays, double pay Sundays)
Door-to-door pay when on call
Parking permit provided
