Ensure all works are compliant with current building regulations.

Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to during survey processes.
Provide excellent customer service to residents.Profile
A successful Stock Condition Surveyor should have:
A degree or equivalent in Building Surveying or related field.
Proficiency in building pathology and diagnosing defects.
Strong knowledge of building regulations and health and safety requirements.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
Strong communication and report writing skills.Job Offer
An estimated hourly wage between £24.30 and £29.70.
