Brownlee Cale are working with a Tier 2 Civil Engineering firm seeking a Civils Sub Agent to assist with the delivery of a pipeline of renewables projects across Scotland.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with leadership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality and programme targets are met
* Supervise Site Engineers, subcontractors and site operatives
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on site
* Coordinate site documentation, permits and RAMs
* Liase with clients, stakeholders and internal teams for project delivery
* Monitor site progress and provide regular reports to upper management
* Manage permits, inspections and site records

Required Experience:
* Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or related field
* Minimum of 3 years experience within Civil Engineering, primarily heavy civils projects or renewable energy projects
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
