Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students
Create and implement lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum
Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support student success
Engage in school events and activities
Play an active role in the development of the school's maths department
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)-this is essential
Proven experience teaching Maths to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students (2+ years preferred)
Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching
Proficiency in lesson planning and classroom management techniques
Dedication and enthusiasm for student success
An enhanced DBS is mandatory or willingness to obtain one
Must provide two professional references from your most current roles.
