Supplier Quality Engineer
Certain Advantage is hiring for a Supplier Quality Engineer based in Cumbria.
This role is on a permanent basis and is site-based.
The CompanyWe’re working with a company that designs and manufactures advanced LED lighting, EMI filtering, and electronic components for defence, aerospace, and industrial applications.

The Role:
This role is for a Supplier Quality Engineer—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.
You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
Managing supplier quality issues
Initiation and review of corrective actions
Non-conformance system completion
MRB meetings
First Article InspectionThe Individual We’re looking for people who can show:
BTEC/NC in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience in a quality control role
ISO9001, AS9100
Qualifications for an internal auditor
Expertise using electrical test equipmentThe Benefits:
