🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

Tackle import supply issues, engaging with stakeholders to troubleshoot problems and implement timely solutions.

Liaise with freight, logistics, and warehouse teams to streamline import operations and reduce lead times.

Help drive innovation across departments – from sales to production – identifying areas for efficiency and improvement.

Support the rollout of new processes, ensuring smooth implementation and integration.

Collaborate with managers across the business to identify pain points and lead the charge in continuous improvement.
🧠 What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUM, data consolidation) – essential for smart, informed decisions.

Experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields – desirable but not mandatory.
*
Strong analytical mindset – you’re someone who naturally weighs pros and cons and sees how things can be improved.
*
Confident communicator – comfortable working across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
*
Self-starter attitude – you don’t wait for problems to come to you; you go find them and solve them.

Solid planning and leadership skills – you know how to prioritize and organize.

Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts – a plus!
