Key Responsibilities:
Delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum (Key Stages 1 & 2).
Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for pupils of all ages and abilities.
Assessing and tracking pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.
Collaborating effectively with teaching staff and support staff.
Communicating clearly and regularly with parents and carers.
Adhering to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding guidelines.
Essential Criteria:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Proven experience teaching in UK primary schools.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Desirable Criteria:
Experience working as a supply teacher in a primary school setting.
Knowledge of specific educational programs or initiatives used in primary schools (e.g., phonics schemes).
