Job Description
Flourish Education is seeking a flexible and dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to join our team, covering day-to-day supply work across a variety of Primary Schools in and around Wolverhampton. As a Primary Supply Teacher with Flourish Education, you'll have the freedom to choose your working days, allowing you to fit work around your personal commitments. You will be delivering pre-planned lessons and marking student work in line with each school’s policy. Your role will also include maintaining high standards of classroom behaviour, working closely with teaching assistants, and creating a positive learning environment for the students.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS1 (no lesson planning required).
Mark and assess student work in line with the school’s policies.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining high expectations.
Collaborate with teaching assistants to support students’ learning.
To apply for this role, you will need:
Recent experience in teaching in Primary Schools, within the last year.
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
A positive reference from your most recent employer.
At least 2 references from the last 24 months in an educational setting.
