Job Opportunity: Supply Teacher - Ely and Surrounding Areas
We are seeking a qualified, passionate, and reliable Supply Teacher to join our team working with schools in Ely and the surrounding areas. As a supply teacher, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day cover for schools when regular teachers are absent.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students stay on task
Follow school policies and procedures, particularly those related to safeguarding
Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents
Adapt to different classroom environments and teaching methodsQualifications & Requirements:
A teaching qualification such as QTS or PGCE
Previous experience as a supply teacher or classroom experience
Excellent communication skills with both staff and students
Flexible, reliable, and calm under pressure
Strong organisational skills
